Actually fit for the most part. It was loose around the front part of my arc towards my toes. The included strap seemed to help keep everything snug that was loose from the ankle sleeve. One piece is universal to your right or left foot. Easy to read instructions with pictures included. Machine or hand wash with mild soap in cold water. Product of Singapore. The gel on both sides of the ankle did allow for a cooling sensation. I think for the most part I would just use this ankle sleeve for simple injuries that need compression and stability. For example an ankle sprain. I can also see this working well for arthritis specifically because of the gel on both sides. Fits snug around the ankle. 3D weaving technology does create a breathable and durable material.
I’ve tried multiple ankle braces over the years, but this one takes the gold! The compression is firm yet comfortable, and the gel stabilizer adds the perfect amount of support without feeling bulky. This support has very good compression. It fits well and having an extra band support gives targeted compression where needed the most. It came with a wrist band which was a nice surprise. Overall it is very good quality .
