Actually fit for the most part. It was loose around the front part of my arc towards my toes. The included strap seemed to help keep everything snug that was loose from the ankle sleeve. One piece is universal to your right or left foot. Easy to read instructions with pictures included. Machine or hand wash with mild soap in cold water. Product of Singapore. The gel on both sides of the ankle did allow for a cooling sensation. I think for the most part I would just use this ankle sleeve for simple injuries that need compression and stability. For example an ankle sprain. I can also see this working well for arthritis specifically because of the gel on both sides. Fits snug around the ankle. 3D weaving technology does create a breathable and durable material.
I’ve tried multiple ankle braces over the years, but this one takes the gold! The compression is firm yet comfortable, and the gel stabilizer adds the perfect amount of support without feeling bulky. I suffered a severe ankle sprain a number of years ago. After months of rest coupled with physical therapy my ankle healed up completely. Unfortunately every so often a misstep or over exertion causes some ankle pain to reoccur.
During these reoccurrences, I get significant relief from the support and compression that this ankle brace provides.
The brace is flexible yet supportive and can be worn with walking/running shoes and not impede movement.
I have been experiencing right foot pain on the top of my foot, mid foot to the ankle. I decided to order this to see if compression would help the pain and aid with healing, I.e., by preventing hyperextension of the ligaments and connective tissues. While I can’t speak to long term effectiveness, with an item I’ve had so briefly, I can say this: I wear a size 9.5 women’s shoe, am 5’6” tall and weight close to 145 pounds. I ordered the medium size and the compression is indeed more than adequate. When it feels too tight, I just slip it off for 15-30 minutes and pop it right back on my foot. The pain is alleviated when I walk, and that’s the best outcome of all for now. Just glad that throbbing and intense bruised feeling is eradicated with the wearing of this brace, in the proper manner and position. Finally, that gel stabilizer on the ankle itself is quite comfortable. Definitely helps stabilize ankle movements and reduces or eliminates any jerking that makes injuries more painful.

I have occasional ankle pain, so I have a couple of braces I've used in the past. This is definitely one of the better ones available. It provides excellent support, and the optional strap allows you to add even more support/compression if desired. I'm so glad the strap is not sewn onto the brace, and that I'm not required to use the strap.
The gel inserts do a great job of providing support on the sides of the ankle, and they're very comfortable. The down side is that these gel inserts make it a bit awkward to wear a shoe over the brace. If you have a loose-fitting boot like an Ugg or something it might work, but otherwise you should plan on wearing this brace without a shoe. If your ankle is sprained you'd want to do this anyway.
Included with the brace is a wristband. It's a thoughtful addition, but to me the brace is so good it isn't really necessary.

This support has very good compression. It fits well and having an extra band support gives targeted compression where needed the most. It came with a wrist band which was a nice surprise. Overall it is very good quality .

A good ankle support that is appropriate for both men and women alike. Offers a fair amount of support, and is more supportive than most of your average support braces that don't have the extra pieces. Easy enough to put on and remove. Washes well enough, but best to soak and handwash. Can be used as a preventative support brace or as one for after messing up your ankle. All in all, it works well.
