Waist Brace/Back Brace

I had been looking for a new back brace bc my old one was about 4 years old and just was not doing well I have herniated bulging disc on the left side, lower bottom of my back I’ve had this on going problem with my back for over 10 years I use the back brace when I’m going house work it just help prevent me from pulling my back out and when I do pull my back out the back brace is the only thing that gives me any kind of relief other then a heating pad this back brace is great and it has really helped my day to day living pretty much. And I keep the back plates that’s in it it help me more for my situation and yes they are removable. This back brace is a steal for the price I highly recommend

I can not express the relief I felt using this. I have terrible back pain. And the moment I strapped this on, not only did it give me pain relief, it's comfortable. You van adjust it. The design is great. Easy to wash too. Must have if you have major back pain.
